Let's Do Something Together

Every great partnership starts with a connection. Let's get started.

Philanthropy

The Cocoziello Institute of Real Estate Innovation is at the forefront of advancing the real estate industry through cutting-edge research, education, and industry collaboration. With President Bendapudi’s approval, Penn State is offering a 1:1 match for endowed gifts and pledges to the Institute—one of the few University matching gift opportunities available. Until December 31, 2025, you can double your impact and help us reach our $5 million fundraising goal.

As a University-level initiative, the Cocoziello Institute has the full, enthusiastic support of President Bendapudi. The institute’s Industry Advisory Board consists of prominent industry leaders, most of whom are also Penn State philanthropic and volunteer leaders. We welcome the partnership of other individuals and organizations who want to help the Cocoziello Institute propel the real estate industry forward in exciting ways.
