The Student Research Poster Showcase features formal presentations by student researchers as judges and guests circulate through the exhibit hall. This 90‑minute period provides a focused opportunity for evaluators to review the posters and for students to highlight their achievements.

4:30 – 6:00 p.m. — Industry Networking Mixer

Following the judging period, the event transitions into an informal Industry Networking Mixer designed to spark conversation and build connections. Students, faculty, and industry partners can mingle freely, revisit posters, and explore opportunities for collaboration in a relaxed, social setting. Light refreshments and open networking create an engaging environment for meaningful relationship building.
